This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Premium Pallets Liquidation. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • Bulk or truckload orders may require additional handling time

2. Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of liquidation pallets, most orders are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) or Full Truckload Freight.

  • Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise arranged
  • Liftgate service may be available at additional cost
  • Inside delivery is not included

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated separately and may depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Total weight and pallet count
  • Freight carrier availability
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at select warehouse locations. Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Valid photo ID required at pickup
  • Vehicle must be suitable for pallet loading
  • Missed appointments may result in storage fees

5. Delivery Requirements

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible by freight trucks.

  • Residential deliveries may incur extra charges
  • Re-delivery fees apply if delivery fails due to access issues
  • Customer must inspect shipment upon arrival

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Failure to report damage may void eligibility for claims

7. Shipping Delays

Premium Pallets Liquidation is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be available only upon request. Buyers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and import regulations.
