Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Due to the size and weight of liquidation pallets, most orders are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) or Full Truckload Freight.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and may depend on:
Local pickup may be available at select warehouse locations. Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible by freight trucks.
Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the carrierβs Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery.
Premium Pallets Liquidation is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
At this time, international shipping may be available only upon request. Buyers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and import regulations.
